We have managed and implemented projects of various sizes with local and international clients. Over the past 7 years, our customer base has been steadily expanding.
- over 50 insurance companies within the Asian region are using our solutions;
- more than 40 adjusting firms are registered with us to prepare electronic reports for the insurers (in Malaysia 100%); and,
- more than 1200 motor repair workshops within the Asian region are using our solutions (in Malaysia, 99% of PIAM approved repairers and most motor franchise workshops).
Prior to the founding of Merimen, the team members were involved in various projects which include claims process automation using workflow and imaging, claims data mining, data migration from legacy systems due to merger and acquisition, customer relationship management and consulting.
