MSIG Insurance to pilot Merimen TrueSight Interactive Video tool

Singapore first insurer – MSIG Insurance started the pilot programme with Merimen's new Interactive Video tool, which aims to transform the damage survey process, and helps insurers achieve increased survey efficiency and related cost savings.

Since the start of the programme in December 2018, MSIG Insurance has already seen noteworthy results, with distance travelled and time taken for each claims assessment reduced significantly
